About R H Hill Properties

R H Hill Properties, LLC was incorporated in 2012 by Bob Hill, who has over 34 years of experience in commercial and investment real estate. Bob moved to Dallas, Texas after graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1977 with a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate. He started his real estate career as a broker with Performance Properties Corporation and then in 1990 became a partner and principal broker of Revest Group, Inc. and Revest Management, Inc.

During this time Bob provided financial and feasibility studies and negotiated contracts for the purchase of properties for local, national and international investment groups. Bob also represented financial institutions in the disposition of real estate assets (REO) obtained through foreclosure.

Bob moved to Fayetteville in 1995 where he partnered with Bob Nickle in 1997 to form Nickle-Hill Group, Inc. That company eventually became Nickle, Hill, Rodman & Trumbo, Inc. with the addition of Jay Rodman and Sean Trumbo. That evolved into R H Hill Properties, LLC in 2012.

R H HILL Properties, LLC will continue to emphasize the brokerage, leasing and development of office buildings, retail centers, multi-family properties and land. The company also represents buyers with specific site acquisition requirements and financial institutions with real estate owned (REO).
